This is a special precision stepping motor with brackets and guide rails (when the motor rotates, the guide rails move), the moving speed can be controlled by the pulse frequency, and the moving distance can be controlled by the number of pulses. For this typical motor, when the motor drives 2-2 phases, 1 pulse leads the motor by 0.02 mm.
It is a stepper motor equipped with a bracket, a lead screw and a relative motion slider.
Since the output shaft of the motor is a lead screw, during the rotation of the lead screw, the lead screw drives the slider to move back and forth. This conveniently provides actions such as forward and backward. In addition, the stepping motor can precisely control the speed, the number of revolutions, etc., which also determines the movement speed of the slider, and the movement position is accurately controllable. The positioning accuracy can be controlled within 0.05mm.
